REPORT: Bishop Luca al-Khoury denies to LBCI calls on Christians to defend Syrian churches

The Syrian Greek Orthodox Patriarchal Assistant, Bishop Luca al-Khoury denied to LBCI that he called on Saturday on all Christians who are capable to carry arms and defend Syria, its churches and monasteries.

Al-Khoury told Al-Zaman newspaper that Christians will not stand still regarding the latest events taking place in Syria, adding that they will only wait for a couple of days before they start implementing measures to protect Syria.
