REPORT: Fate of Kherbet Daoud’s abducted minor remains unclear

Bassam Saleh, the father of the 14-year-old girl K. Saleh, reiterated Monday his call on the security and judicial apparatuses to deploy further efforts to reveal the fate of his daughter, who was kidnapped by her aunt’s husband around 16 days ago in the town of Kherbet Daoud.

During a press conference, Saleh said that he had immediately reported his daughter’s disappearance to the security sources and filed a complaint with the police station in the region of Qobeiyat, but the case has not yet been opened, raising questions concerning the reasons behind the delay.

Saleh stressed that the family will follow up on this humanitarian issue until his daughter returns, holding the concerned authorities responsible for these issues.
