REPORT: Syria’s new provisional Premier, Ghassan Hitto, in detail

US citizen Ghassan Hitto has been elected as provisional Prime Minister of Syria’s Opposition National Coalition.

The Former IT executive with Islamist leadings will be tasked with overseeing rebel-held areas in what is being described as a near impossible mission.
Hitto has been a staunch supporter of the Syrian rebellion since its onset and from his electoral platform in Istanbul voiced rejection to any form of dialogue with the regime of Syrian President Bachar Assad.

This report will shed light on the newly elected rebel premiere, detailing his life and career up to his appointment as Prime Minister.
