Russia says will strengthen troops in strategic areas-Tass

Russia's Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu said on Friday that the military would reinforce its troops in strategic areas around the country in response to the "military-political" situation surrounding Russia, news agency Tass reported.

"To that end, we are planning to strengthen our troops and forces in strategic areas," Shoigu was quoted as saying.
