Electricity bills trigger severe dispute between MPs Qabbani and Nicolas
The Nejmeh Square witnessed a severe dispute Tuesday between Lebanon First MP Mohammad Qabbani and Change and Reform bloc MP Nabil Nicolas over electricity bills.

When Nicolas accused Qabbani of failing to pay electricity bills, showing a number of relevant documents, Qabbani responded calling Nicolas an officer that executes the instructions of Gibran Bassil and Michel Aoun who both consider him as their first enemy “for being attached to legal surveillance of the electricity sector”.

Following the Change and Reform bloc meeting Nicolas accused Qabbani of theft again, adding “we will not drift to the level of MP Qabbani, the media should describe his condition.”

Nicolas said that he will hand journalists some documents that prove Qabbani’s non-payment of electricity bills and keep some of them in his possession.
