Kanaan: Applying constitution solves governmental crisis
MP Ibrahim Kenaan said on Friday that the governmental crisis needs no mediations but an implementation of the constitution.

Change and Reform bloc member said that PM Najib Mikati's "constitutional innovation" detracts from the constitution, depicting such practice as unacceptable.

Kenaan added that the stance of Mikati to suspend Cabinet's sessions is not sound and ought to be taken back.

 Responding to PSP Chief Walid Jumblatt's accusations, Kenaan said "let Jumblatt give us back our authorities in the Mountain and let the displaced people return to their homes."

"Why insisting on dealing with Christians as if they were nonexistent?" he asked.
