Five basketball clubs suspend their participation in Federation meeting

Five Basketball clubs suspended their participation in the meeting of the first division clubs called for by the Lebanese Basketball Federation.

The clubs expressed in a statement their choice seemingly since they consider that other clubs betrayed game choices and sincerity.

The clubs expressed their readiness for a meeting that gathers the 10 clubs so long as it is held under auspices of the Ministry of Youths and Sports.

It is worth noting that on Friday, the 23rd of November, the elections of the Lebanese Basketball Federation propelled the situation to the point of aggravation.

Five major teams decided to suspend their participation and activities related to the game.

The five teams are Al Riyadi Club Beirut, Al Muttahed Tripoli, Hoops Club, Byblos Club, and Amchit Club.
