Expatriate countries, which consider Sunday as the official holiday are preparing for the second phase of the Lebanese expatriate elections.
 
Diplomatic bags containing the votes of the Lebanese voters were transferred from the Arab countries on Saturday at dawn and began to arrive to Beirut, Lebanon.
