President of the Republic Michel Aoun visited the Foreign Ministry and the hall designated for media representatives covering the electoral process of Lebanese expatriates, where he toured the offices and control room and was briefed on the monitoring of the elections abroad.
President Aoun praised the efforts made to complete the elections, saying it was not easy and hoping that "things will improve in the upcoming elections and be easier than today.” He further wished for each voter to have a ‘code’ to vote, which will make the results easier to come out, because there won’t be a need to use ballot boxes.
Aoun hoped that these elections would end without problems or objections.
