Nasrallah: Retaliation to Israeli airstrikes against Syria could happen at any time
Hezbollah leader Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah said Thursday that Israeli airstrikes that have targeted Syria throughout the last years “are targeting the Resistance axis,” adding that retaliation to such acts is open ended and could happen at any time.

Nasrallah’s comments were made during an interview with al-Mayadeen TV station to be aired Thursday evening whereby he stressed the readiness of his armed party to any potential war against Israel in Lebanon, adding that the party is in possession of all types of weapons.

“The frequent bombings of several targets in Syria are a huge transgression, and we consider that the bombing of Syria is a targeting of the entire Resistance axis,” Nasrallah added.

He concluded by stressing that nobody submitted guarantees that the attacks on Syria will remain without response.

The Israeli army has struck Syria several times since the start of the Syrian conflict, mostly destroying weaponry such as missiles that Israeli officials said were destined for their longtime foe Hezbollah in neighboring Lebanon.
