MP Fadel says Lebanese people “on the brink of the abyss”

Deputy Robert Fadel warned on Monday that the Lebanese people are “on the brink of the abyss,” saying “the only solution is to make the country’s entitlements an internal affair”.

In an interview with LBCI’s Nharkom Said TV Show, MP Fadel said “the labor force in Lebanon, i.e. trade unions and civil society bodies will rally Thursday to remind officials of their responsibilities”.

“We failed to distance Lebanon from the regional situation. Let’s try [at least] to dissociate the economic and living conditions from politics,” he concluded.
