New measure at the airport to limit spread of COVID-19

The General Directorate of Civil Aviation announced on Saturday that, in compliance with the decisions and recommendations related to limiting the spread of COVID-19, it is strictly forbidden for those receiving arriving passengers to enter the arrival hall at Rafic Hariri International Airport - Beirut, and departing passengers are not allowed to receive farewells inside the departure hall.

It also clarified that the entry to both halls is limited to arriving and departing passengers, official agencies and employees of companies operating at the airport.

This measure will be implemented as of Monday 28 June, 2021.
