President Aoun meets Caretaker PM Mikati

President Michel Aoun met on Wednesday with Caretaker Prime Minister Najib Mikati the latest developments related to the Cabinet formation.

It was agreed during the meeting to continue discussions later, according to the presidency.

Following the meeting, Mikati left the Baabda Presidential Palace without giving any statement.

This as information obtained by LBCI stated that discussions tackled the formation of a 30-minister Cabinet.

The same sources added that the atmosphere is neither positive nor negative.
