Judge Saqr files lawsuit against murdered of LAF soldier Wissam Diab

The State Commissioner to the Military Court, Judge Saqr Saqr filed on Tuesday a lawsuit against a fugitive charged for shooting dead LAF soldier Wissam Diab in sniper fire in Tripoli's Jabal Mohsen a week ago.

Judge Saqr referred the lawsuit to the First Military Investigating Judge.

Soldier Diab had died while performing his duty in a peace keeping mission in the Northern Lebanese city of Tripoli.
