Green Party files class action suit against violators of public marine properties

The Green Party of Lebanon filed on Tuesday a complaint to the General Prosecution of Beirut against an unknown person, and whomever is found guilty as per investigations, of having caused any harm or damage to the state’s properties, mainly the marine properties.

The party called on the concerned officials to launch investigations in the case and refer it to the public prosecutions across the Lebanese regions.

In this context, the Green Party of Lebanon is hoping that this step will impose the removal of violations against public marine properties.
