Since today is International Coffee Day, here are some health benefits that come from the most popular caffeinated beverage.

Drinking coffee might help you live longer, as a study conducted by researchers from the National Cancer Institute suggested, “adults who drink three or more cups of coffee per day have a 10% lower risk of death.”

Coffee can help you burn fat, according to a research that found that caffeine might boost your metabolism.

It makes you feel less tired and reduce the risk of depression, particularly in women.

Moreover, researchers from the University of South Florida and the University of Miami found that coffee consumption is associated with a reduced risk of Alzheimer’s.And finally, coffee is a festive drink.
