Israeli military incursion in Syria reaches 25 km southwest of Damascus: Reuters

Two regional security sources and a Syrian security source confirmed on Tuesday that an Israeli military incursion in southern Syria has advanced about 25 kilometers southwest of Damascus.

The Syrian security source clarified that Israeli forces reached the town of Qatana, located 10 kilometers inside Syrian territory, east of a demilitarized zone separating the Israeli-occupied Golan Heights from Syria.

The Israeli military declined to comment on the matter.
