Hamas says footage of bound flotilla activists shows Israeli leaders' 'moral depravity'

Palestinian Islamist movement Hamas on Wednesday condemned footage released by Israel's far-right national security minister showing detained activists with their hands bound, describing it as evidence of Israeli leaders' "moral depravity."

"We, in the Hamas Movement affirm that the scenes of torture and humiliation orchestrated by the criminal, fascist Zionist minister, (Itamar) Ben-Gvir, during the arrest of activists from the Global Sumud Flotilla, are an expression of the moral depravity and sadism that govern the mentality of the leaders of the criminal enemy entity (Israel)," Hamas said in a statement.
