REPORT: Caretaker Minister of State Panos Manojian assaults citizen

Caretaker Minister of State Panos Manojian kept a low profile since the cabinet of Najib Mikati was formed until recently.

Manojian assaulted citizen Jimmy Hadchity and his driver pulled a gun on him while in traffic on the road.
