The waste crisis returns to become the main concern of the Lebanese people and politicians. From the Costa Brava landfill, the crisis strikes again with a strong fist.
The federation of municipalities of Beirut’s southern suburb fulfilled its threat and closed the landfill, preventing the garbage of Chouf, Aley, Baabda and Beirut from being dumped in it, leaving the door open only for the Dahieh and Choueifat.
