SANA dismisses false news on arrest of director of its office in Deir Ezzor
The Syrian Arab News Agency (SANA) dismissed the false news on the arrest of the director of its office in the northeastern governorate of Deir Ezzor, broadcast by the French News Agency (AFP).      

SANA confirmed that the director of its office in Deir Ezzor is the journalist Lamia al-Raddawi but not Alaa al-Khudr as claimed by the AFP and some satellite TV channels.       

SANA noted that al-Khudr left his job for the Agency five months ago and moved to work at al-Furat University, stressing that al-Khudr has now nothing to do with SANA office in Deir Ezzor
