Dutch judiciary surrenders Qaeda suspect to US authorities

The Dutch judiciary surrendered a Dutch national of Pakistani origin to the US authorities on Tuesday.

Saber Khan, 26, is accused of working for al-Qaeda and carrying out terrorist plots against US army base in Afghanistan.

Khan’s attorney failed to convince the Dutch court not to surrender him since the US “tortures its captives.”
