UN says 372 Afghan civilians killed in Pakistan conflict in 3 months

At least 372 Afghan civilians have been killed during conflict with Pakistan in the first three months of this year, the United Nations Assistance Mission in Afghanistan (UNAMA) said Tuesday.

More than half of the deaths were attributed to the March 16 airstrikes that hit the Omid drug rehab facility in Kabul, UNAMA said in a report.
