Lebanon's General Security circulated on Thursday the photo of the man suspected with providing explosive belts to the network that was raided at the Duroy Hotel in Beirut's Raouche region.

The man, identified as 24-year-old al-Monzer Khaldoun al-Hassan, holds the Swedish citizenship under the name of "Monzer Al Hassan".

According to information made available, the fugitive uses two vehicles, a beige Nissan and a grey Mercedes 2005, which are thought to be loaded with explosives.

A suicide bomber blew himself up at the Duroy Hotel in Beirut's Raouche region on Wednesday as General Security forces were conducting a raid, wounding several people, including members from the General Security.

The attack is the third blast in the country in less than a week.
