REPORT: Abou Faour declares price reduction of 629 types of medications
Health Minister Wael Abou Faour declared Thursday a 20% reduction off the price of 629 types of medications, calling on the importers to begin changing the prices of the medications, so that the reduced price will be effective as of April 15th and stressing that this process will be conducted under the supervision of the ministry.

In this regard, Abou Faour noted that the medications that will be included in this price reduction concern the digestive system, diabetes, diseases affecting the heart, blood, arteries, skin and the reproductive system, as well as hormone medicine, antibiotics and 64 types of cancer drugs.
