Sheikh Jouzou urges Arab states to boycott Russia
Mount Lebanon Mufti Sheikh Mohammad Ali Jouzou said on Monday that the Syrian people were and are still subject to an unprecedented “malicious and barbaric attack”.

Jouzou slammed in a statement the Russian veto at the U.N. Security Council which “has foiled the council’s role in protecting children, women and elderly against the fate they faced.”

Jouzou urged the Arab states to cut off relationships with Russia and to punish it for its “criminal stances” as he called on the U.N. to push the ICC to prosecute those who have carried out “horrible massacres” in Syria.

“Today we discovered who the Arab nation’s enemies are and we will treat them in light of what we have seen of their siding with the nation’s enemies; false slogans have fallen, particularly those of the resistance,” he added.
