Relatives of the abducted soldiers addressed Lebanese Armed Forces commander Jean Kahwaji, asking him: “What independence are we talking about and what independence are we celebrating while our soldiers are in custody? How do we accept this fact?”
On the 73rd Independence Day, the relatives called on Kahwaji to work on completing the independence by freeing the abducted soldiers and all those kidnapped, so that their dignity could be restored.
