According to the committee tasked with following up on the general amnesty draft law, the current number of non-detained fugitives in Baalbek-Hermel, involved in crimes or misdemeanors, are exaggerated.
The actual numbers are the following:
Crimes with overlapping misdemeanors: 1709
Decisions of imprisonment: 104
Penalty decisions: 268
Bringing the total to 2011 fugitives in the governorate of Baalbek-Hermel, who are involved in all kinds of crimes and are of all sects, with the exception of those being pursued following the Arsal clashes.
