An error committed by the maintenance crew at Jounieh municipality on Sunday morning caused a flood of water and sewage in the streets of the city.
The maintenance crew was repairing a sewer that passes below the drinking water line in the coastal region of Kesserwan.
The whole situation will need a few days to be repaired for the water supply to return.
