Speaker Nabih Berri signed the budget law and referred it to the premiership and the presidency for signature and issuance in the Official Gazette.
But the problem is that an item was added to the law regarding the preservation of the right of those who passed the Civil Service Council tests in six sectors, an item that received the objection of the Free Patriotic Movement.
Will the president sign the law and issue it as it is, or will he return I because of this item?
