New kidnap targets Lebanese national in Syria

Sources told LBCI that 72-year-old Lebanese national Mahmoud Mohammad Faqih was kidnapped 11 days ago in the Syrian town of Outaya near Douma. It was also reported that the detainee’s family has been negotiating his release with a group called “Liwaa al-Islam”.
