Education minister sets date to resume classes at public and private schools and universities

Education Minister Akram Chehayeb called on all public and private schools and universities to resume classes on Thursday October 31, 2019.

The decision came after the Lebanese Armed Forces decided to reopen the roads across the Lebanese regions and following discussions with other sectors and a meeting held at the ministry with the teachers unions.

As for the refugee schools, the classes will resume on Monday November 04, 2019, while the administrative operations will resume on Thursday October 31, 2019.
