The Lebanese Association for Democratic Elections (LADE) said on Monday that its observers have detected "flagrant" violations, irregularities, and flaws in parliamentary electoral process."
In its initial report on the elections, LADE also accused the Ministry of Interior and Municipalities of being reluctant in enforcing the laws, especially in light of many reported attacks on candidates, voters and delegates.
