Foods To Help Fight Seasonal Depression
Seasonal Depression otherwise known as Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) is a condition triggered by seasonal changes.
As challenging as it may be, this type of depression can be controlled with the help of a healthy diet.

Here are some foods to help you fight the seasonal blues:

1- Salmon:

Salmon is a great source of lean proteins and omegas-3's. It also carries plenty of amino acids like tyrosine, which positively affects your mood!

2-  Dark Chocolate:

Research has shown that dark chocolate helps the production and release of dopamine.

3- Turkey:

Turkey contains Tryptophan, an important amino acid which helps your body relax.

4- Bananas:

Bananas also contain Tryptophan. Besides that, the carbohydrates, natural sugars, and potassium in bananas are an important source of energy.
Another key ingredient is magnesium, which has been shown to improve sleep and reduce anxiety.
