One Sock And Some Salt Are All It Takes To Treat Inflamed Ears
Pain and infection in the ear is a terrible experience, mainly for children. At this time of year when we face rainy days and low temperatures, home remedies for treating some health issues are more than welcomed.

In order to minimize the pain in the ear and infection’s symptoms, use this simple treatment, you will need only sea salt and socks. Due to the presence of minerals, salt holds the heat and has the power to reduce pain.

You will need from 1 to 1.5 cups of sea salt. The salt needs to be large because you do not want it to slip out of the sock. Put the salt in a clean pot and heat it over medium heat for about 4 to 6 minutes, until it is heated evenly (should be hot). Then, place the salt in a sock, tie a knot and place the sock as a coating onto the affected ear.

Here is another way to prepare the salt socks.

Fill the sock with big sea salt, tie a knot are placed it in a clean warm pan. It needs to be heated for 6 to 7 minutes until it is heated from all sides. After that, place it onto the sick ear.

Your pain will be relieved within minutes!
