President Sleiman meets with Caretaker FM Mansour over two memorandums

President Michel Sleiman met on Thursday with Caretaker Minister of Foreign Affairs Adnan Mansour at the Baabda Palace and tackled with him the latest developments.

Discussions also featured high over the two submitted memorandums to the United Nations Secretary General Ban Ki-moon and to the Arab League Secretary General Nabil al-Arabi pertaining to Syria's violations against Lebanon.

Earlier, the state-run National News Agency reported that President Sleiman handed the Arab League a memorandum to league head Nabil al-Arabi on Syria's violations against Lebanon with a demand to halt such violations.

Earlier this week, the president had submitted a similar letter to United Nations Special Coordinator for Lebanon Derek Plumbly.
