ISF thwart attempt to smuggle Captagon at Beirut International airport

The Internal Security Forces (ISF) General Directorate-Public Relations' Divisions issued a statement on Friday whereby it announced that the Inspection Unit at the Beirut International Airport arrested a Syrian national on his way to one of the Gulf countries and seized 5 kg of Captagon pills he had packed in his suitcase.

In this regard, the suspect was transferred to the ISF Drug Control Office to carry on with the investigations.
