LAF soldier killed in car accident on the Mastita-Jbeil highway

The state-run news agency reported on Tuesday that a 23-year-old soldier identified as M.M.Sh was killed when a speeding BMW vehicle hit him on the Mastita-Jbeil highway.

The LAF soldier was immediately rushed to the St. Martin Hospital for treatment but eventually succumbed to his wounds.

Security forces rushed to the scene and opened an investigation to reveal the circumstances of the accident.
