Hezbollah military leader killed near Damascus

A Hezbollah military leader was reportedly killed in a battle near Damascus and consequently buried on Saturday in his town of Kfarsir, south Lebanon, according to Agence France Presse.

In this context, sources told AFP that the military leader identified as 33-year-old Hussam Ali Nesser was buried on Saturday after his group was attacked while fighting near the vicinity of the Sayeda Zeinab Shrine, 5 kilometers southeast of the Syrian capital Damascus.
