Minister of Education Elias Bou Saab to LBCI: Violence against children is unacceptable

Minister of Education Elias Bou Saab said on Wednesday that the video depicting a teacher beating his students in the region of Zahrani revealed several similar cases in other regions.

He also stressed that tough and strict measures will be taken in this regard.

Bou Saab's comments were made during a phone call with Nharkom Said TV show in which he told LBCI that violence against children is unacceptable.

On Tuesday, a video depicting a teacher beating his students in al-Makassed school in Sidon's Zahrani went viral on social media platforms.
