MP Kanaan calls for reform at official administrations, ministries

Change and Reform bloc MP Ibrahim Kanaan confirmed on Monday that there is a possibility of funding the series of ranks and salaries through "serious" reforms.

Kanaan also told LBCI, ahead of the Joint Parliamentary Committees' meeting, that talks did not tackle the VAT increase so far.

In this regard, MP Kanaan called for reforms at official administrations and ministries, "which could ease the burden of the Pay Scale by more than 50 percent".
