Military investigating Judge demands death penalty for Palestinian

Military investigating Judge Fadi Sawan demanded on Wednesday the death penalty for a fugitive Palestinian national on charges of affiliation to a terrorist organization, the state-run National News Agency reported.

The man who was identified as Bilal M. is also accused of murder and carrying out bomb attacks at Sidon's Mieh Mieh Palestinian refugee camp.

Accordingly, Judge Sawan issued an arrest warrant against him and referred him to the military court.
