Military investigating Judge demands death penalty for Palestinian national

Military investigating Judge Imad Zein demanded on Tuesday the death penalty for a Palestinian national on charges of affiliation to a terrorist organization, Fatah al-Islam, the state-run National News Agency reported.

The man who was identified by his initials as B SH is also accused of planning to assassinate "Fatah Movement" officer Talal Al-Balaghi.
