Ministry of Health issues warnings against pharmacies for violating ministry’s policies

Lebanon’s Health Ministry issued on Tuesday warnings to four pharmacies for violating the ministry’s policies.

The first warning was issued against Fadi K., owner of the Mar Elias Pharmacy in the region of Mtaileb for violating the pricing policy.

Another warning was issued against Salwa B., owner of the Maryam Pharmacy in Ghazieh, South Lebanon, for selling medicine to pharmaceutical warehouses, violating therefore the Health Ministry’s rules and regulations.

The third warning was issued against Elias N.F.S. who runs a cosmetic business in Bourj al-Moulouk, for selling unlicensed products.

The ministry also issued a warning against Mireille A.M. who owns Advanced Pharma Lebanon in the region of Baabda, for lacking a license to sell medication.
