Dog saves man from attempted kidnap at Israeli border

Israeli troops attempted Friday to kidnap a shepherd, identified as Samer Diab, from the Jabal al-Rous area after having infiltrated into the Lebanese territories.

Nonetheless, the Israeli attempted kidnap was thwarted after the man’s dog attacked the soldiers.

Similarly, the Israeli army also attempted to kidnap shepherd Samer Salah in the outskirts of Kfarshouba village, but he managed to escape, the state-run National News Agency reported.

The unit had crossed the border, infiltrating into some 300 meters into the Lebanese territories.

No further details were provided.
