Woman kidnapped in Qoleiaat for marrying against her parents' will -sources

Gunmen kidnapped a woman in the Lebanese region of Qoleiaat, Keserwan, and threatened to kill her husband for marrying him against her parents' will.

Sources told LBCI on Saturday that Hileneh Ali Seifeddine married Talal Chouaib against her parents’ will four months ago, noting that she is now in the early months of her pregnancy.

Security forces stepped up their efforts as Talal received threatening phone calls following the kidnapping.

The couple had left the Bekaa region and headed to Qoleiaat after having received threats from Hileneh’s parents.
