Foreign affairs Minister Gebran Bassil stressed Sunday that the need to remain attached to the stances that lead to obtaining what is rightful, mainly the rights of the municipalities.
During his visit to the Donniyeh district’s towns, Bassil pointed out that the municipalities have been deprived of their funds since 15 years, adding that these funds are a permanent right, not temporary one.
