Syrian monk injured by gunshot on Lebanese-Syrian border
Syrian monk Elia Mikhael was rushed to Tel Chiha Hospital in Zahle on Saturday. Mikhael was in a critical condition after being shot in the foot on the Lebanese-Syrian border.        

In details, the Syrian monk was riding a “Kia Rio” with the chairman of Saint Mark Monastery in Rebleh, Samer Farah; when they arrived to al-Kossayr located on the border with Homs and al-Kaa, an armed confrontation erupted between the Syrian regime and rebels, leading to his injury.
