Jaber to LBCI: We trust in Aoun's wisdom

Liberation and Development Bloc MP Yaseen Jaber said via Nharkom Said on LBCI Friday that the issue of the EDL contract workers was thoroughly discussed for a period of two hours in the last legislative session. "Minister of Energy Gebran Bassil explained his point of view for forty minutes" he said.

Monday saw the ratification of 23 laws including the one related to fiscal spending, he said, adding that House Speaker Nabih Berri held dialogue with concerned parties to enable the ratification of that law. "The law will subsequently aid Bassil's work," Jaber said.

The MP stated that his bloc has trust in the wisdom of the Head of Change and Reform Bloc MP Michel Aoun, adding that there is history between the two parties.
