MP al-Hajjar: Some parties are responding to positions of moderation with hostile and aggressive stances

Member of the Future Movement MP Mohammad al-Hajjar stressed that the political factions have set high ceilings and the attempts the exclude the other have been hindering the cabinet formation.

 

In a statement to LBCI’s Nharkom Said, al-Hajjar said that some parties are trying to hint at a Sunni obstacle in order to cover for the existing obstacles in the formation process, stressing that the Future Movement always look for means to alleviate the issues in order to serve the interest of the country.

 

The MP pointed out that Prime Minister-designate Saad Hariri has been working under the ceiling of optimism, because he is convinced that all the parties will be gathered around one table and working for Lebanon’s interests.”

 

Answering a question on the street named after Mustafa Badreddine in the region of Ghobeiry, he said that “some parties are responding to moderate positions with aggressive stances, while attempting to create distance between the Lebanese,” calling on the concerned authorities to assume their responsibility in preventing strife.
